Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training, education and experience.

At Esteem, we are committed to creating a personalized experience and Advancing Beautiful hair body & mind, and as such, we request that all clients consider the below points in our Salon Etiquette guide. Following these helpful tips will enable the Esteem team to provide an optimum service for each and every client.

  • Complimentary Consultations available.
  • All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.
  • $50 Deposit is Required for ALL new Hair Clients
  • 50% deposit is Required for all new Beauty clients.
  • 50% Deposits are required for All Spa Packages and Services above 1hr in duration

Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a loss of deposit.

Esteem reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.

No shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.

If you are unhappy with a service please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please do not try to fix yourself or go to another salon as this will void our service guarantee.

Our policy Complies with NSW department fair trading. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or simply make a wrong decision.

Rest assured you’re in great hands with the experts at Esteem. By having your service today, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • By agreeing to your Consultation & quote, you are agreeing to have the services required to achieve your desired look. To Best assist your stylist today you may want to have a picture with your desired look ready for the consultation.
  • Your Quote/Price is determined by your customised consultation with your stylist.
  • Esteem Hair Beauty Spa perform colour services with quality products so some processes take time. If you have time restrictions please make the stylist aware of this in your consultation.
  • If you have any allergies or have had reactions to colour services in the past please make your stylist aware of this in your consultation.
  • If you have recently started any new medications please make your stylist aware of this in your consultation.
  • No refunds will be provided if the new look/style you have chosen does not, in your opinion ‘suit you’ or if you have ‘changed your mind’
  • If at any time you are unsure or have any questions please speak to your stylist immediately so action can be taken.
  • If you are unhappy with your hair, in most cases we are happy to come to an agreement to fix the issue. This will be decided upon by the Salon Director.
  • Esteem Hair Beauty Spa DO NOT provide refunds. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case by case basis involving the client, stylist and Salon Director.

Esteem Hair Beauty Spa does not offer refunds for any finalised services. If you are not happy with the outcome of your hair, we are able to fix any issues at no cost to you if:

  • The salon is notified within 3 days of your original appointment
  • You have not ‘changed your mind’
    (Change of mind will result in charges for extra services)
  • You return to the salon within 14 days of your original appointment
    (Action to fix the issue to be determined by the Salon Director.)
  • Failure to return within 14 days voids our guarantee and you will be charged for further services
    If you or a third party have attempted to alter hair colour or cut, this guarantee is null and void immediately.

If you have not had a colour previously or have experienced any sensitivity or reactions from previous colour we recommend a sensitivity test prior to your colour appointment.

Please book this 48 hours prior to your colour. If you need to cancel your colour appointment which is booked with a cut please contact the salon prior to your booking time.

Appointments cannot be canceled at time of visit and may incur a cancellation cost. Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour using the finest products available.

For outstanding results to continue, how you treat your hair is important. Esteem cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly. If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair colour, please contact us within the first week after your service
