Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, redemption, and use of Gift Vouchers issued by Esteem (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Gift Vouchers, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purchase and Redemption:
– Gift Vouchers can be purchased online at https://esteemhairbeautyspa.com.au/ or at our physical premises located at Shop 15 Tattersalls Centre 510 – 536 High Street Penrith NSW- Gift Vouchers are redeemable for services available from Esteem They cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers or exchanged for cash.
– Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase either in physical form or via a digital device. Electronic vouchers can be printed or shown digitally.
3. Expiry:
– Under NSW law, our Gift Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. The expiry date is clearly displayed on the Voucher.
– Any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher after the expiry date will not be available for use and will not be refunded.
4. Balance and Redemption Limits:
– The initial balance of the Gift Voucher will be stated at the time of purchase. Additional funds cannot be added once the voucher is issued.

5. Restrictions:
– Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires.
– Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
– Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced. We are not responsible for unauthorised use.
6. Usage:
– If the purchase amount exceeds the balance of the Gift Voucher, the holder must pay the difference with an alternate payment method.
– Gift Vouchers may be used in multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our discretion. Any changes will apply to Gift Vouchers issued after the date the update takes effect.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
