Returns Policy

If a product has been deemed by us as faulty, you may be directed to the manufacturer. If you are directed to return the product to us it is at your own expense. It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post as Esteem Hair  Beauty Spa cannot be held responsible for any product lost and/or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Due to a product being damaged or faulty, Esteem Hair Beauty Spa may agree to exchange the product for a different product. The value of the changed product must be the same value or higher. The difference of the higher value must be paid for before shipping.

Faulty / Damaged Deliveries

If, on the very rare circumstance your package is damaged, we must be notified via email or telephone within 2 days of delivery for you to be eligible for a replacement. You may be required to provide a digital photograph of damaged goods for them to be returned.
