Esteem Hair Beauty Spa is seeking Well Presented  Salon Coordinator/Receptionist to join our Award Winning Professional Salon team located in Penrith, with a fantastic culture and working environment.

The Salon Coordinator Role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has an outgoing, bubbly and professional attitude, with excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure that the Salon is run effectively and efficiently.  This Salon is the ultimate destination for all hair and beauty needs for their loyal guests.

This role will be perfect for Someone with Hairdressing Or Beauty Therapy Salon Experience and has worked in a busy environment.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Answering all incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting guests
• All bookings including database management
• Ensuring the smooth and harmonious running of the Salon
• Assisting Both Salon Team when needed
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Esteem Brand processes and procedures that operate within it;
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of the Esteem brand offering and the products and services available.
• Effectively lead the implementation and evaluation of agreed marketing strategies and activities to maximise the value of contribution and ensure evolution of ideas
