Today Makeup Artist Imogen demonstrates how she applies eye makeup to Model Reagan. starting with base,
Imogen has used from the ombre rouge eye palette by becca cosmetics #4 as her base shade, using a large eye blending blush and applying to the crease and above slightly to create a shade finish and than using a small blending (crease) brush applying #5 blend with #4 but keeping it in the crease and than outer corners. moonstone highlighting compact powder doubles up as our pigment used in the inner corners and first half of the eye lid giving us a 3 tone eye look, very versatile and can be worn with any colour ranging from natural to dramatic
